So much is happening in the world that stands in the way of our happiness and peace—an endless feeling of fear, anxiety, worry, and uncertainty. Our careers, relationships, and health demand so much from us, and on top of that, we often find ourselves questioning our purpose—wondering if we’re truly living a meaningful life.
A failed romantic relationship, a job loss, or even a hurtful comment from a random stranger has the potential to take the sweetness out of life. In a nutshell, as humans, we are all hungry for a full, happy, and balanced life.
And sometimes, even though our lives look good on paper—meaning a happy home, stable finances, and a thriving career—we still feel that something is missing. Something that we believe will bring us to a place of bliss and satisfaction.
Imagine having a life where we don’t have to constantly worry and can simply be joyful and at peace. Maybe not entirely, but close.
My reason for starting this blog—reading, researching, and writing about happiness—was that I desperately wanted joy and peace for myself. I wanted a life where, no matter what was thrown at me, I would remain content, happy, and peaceful.
If your daily emotions are a string of anger, regret, jealousy, hate, fear, worry, anxiety, entitlement, and irritability, I promise you this: you have it in you to be deeply happy, deeply satisfied, and at peace with yourself and the world.
